Terms and conditions

Payments are pre-authorised at the time of ordering on-line.  No goods are supplied without payment. 

 

We use stripe for our secure payment gateway.  They handle the transaction on our behalf and we do not have access to your payment details, except transactional details such as delivery/billing address.   No details of card payments are stored or shared with any third parties. 

 

Claims

Claims for arising from damage or loss of goods in transit must be made in writing to us via email within 5 working days.  

 

Liability 

If no delivery has arrived, Naughty Nag Solutions Ltd will investigate and if necessary refund the customer. 

 

Refunds

Under the United Kingdom’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt date after this date as long as these items are in their original packaging and condition with seals unbroken, we can offer a 7 day return policy from the date of receiving the goods.  All refunds exclude postage costs.  

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 7-21 working days to reach your account.
